Pay Our Public Shipyard Workers Act

This bill would make sure that public shipyard workers get paid during government shutdowns in fiscal years 2026 and 2027. It would provide money to pay both civilian and military workers at public shipyards who continue working even when the government shuts down. The payments would continue until either Congress passes a spending bill or until January 1, 2027, whichever comes first.
