Medical Foods and Formulas Access Act of 2025

This bill would require Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and federal employee health plans to cover special medical foods and related equipment when they are medically necessary. These medical foods are specially made products like nutritional formulas that doctors prescribe for people who have digestive or metabolic disorders that require special diets.
