Federal Worker Childcare Protection Act of 2025

This bill would let certain federal workers get paid back for childcare costs during the government shutdown that started on October 1, 2025. Federal employees who were furloughed or worked without pay during this shutdown and paid for childcare can get reimbursed if Congress provides money for it and they show receipts to the General Services Administration.
