Studying NEPA’s Impact on Projects Act

This bill requires the Council on Environmental Quality to create a yearly report about how the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 affects projects that need environmental review. The council must post the report online and send it to certain congressional committees. The report must include information about court cases related to environmental policy, how long and how much environmental studies cost, and how much time it takes to finish environmental reviews.
