Keep Air Travel Safe Act

This bill would keep the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) funded during government shutdowns when Congress hasn't passed a budget for TSA. The money would come from unused funds that were previously given to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. TSA would be able to continue all the same programs and activities it had in the previous year until either a new budget is passed or 180 days go by, whichever happens first.
