No Budget, No Pay Act

This bill would stop paying members of Congress if they don't complete their budget work on time. Congress members wouldn't get paid until both the House and Senate approve the budget plan and pass all the spending bills for the year. They also couldn't get back pay for the time they weren't paid. This rule would start on September 29, 2027.
