Increased TSP Access Act of 2025

This bill changes how the Department of Agriculture approves Technical Service Providers (TSPs), which are private businesses, tribes, and nonprofits that help farmers and landowners with conservation projects. The bill allows outside organizations to certify TSPs instead of just the government, and creates a faster approval process for providers who already have certain specialty certifications like certified crop advisors. The Department of Agriculture must pay these private providers the same rates it pays its own staff, and must publish information about TSP funding, certification results, and how often they are used.
