To codify Executive Order 14096 relating to revitalizing our Nation's commitment to environmental justice for all.

This bill would make Executive Order 14096 from April 2023 part of official law. The executive order requires all federal agencies to make environmental justice part of their work, create plans every four years about environmental justice, and tell the public about certain toxic chemical releases. The order also created a White House Office of Environmental Justice and an Environmental Justice Subcommittee.
