Keep America Flying Act of 2026

This bill would keep paying certain aviation workers during a government shutdown in fiscal year 2026. It provides money to pay air traffic controllers and other essential Federal Aviation Administration employees who are needed to keep the national airspace system running safely. The bill also covers Transportation Security Administration employees who do security screening at airports and their support staff. Additionally, it pays contractors who support these workers. The funding would continue until either new budget laws are passed or until September 30, 2026, whichever comes first.
