Combatting Money Laundering in Cyber Crime Act of 2025

This bill gives the U.S. Secret Service the power to investigate money laundering and cases where people break up financial transactions to avoid reporting rules. It continues requirements for government agencies to share information with banks and other private companies to fight money laundering and terrorism financing. The bill also requires the Government Accountability Office to study how well current laws are working to stop money laundering connected to cybercrimes, including laws about sharing information with tribal authorities.
