Crystal Reservoir Conveyance Act

This bill requires the Forest Service to give a piece of property in Ouray County, Colorado — including Crystal Reservoir, its surrounding land, and Full Moon Dam — to the City of Ouray at no cost. The city must keep the land open to the public for free recreational activities like fishing, take responsibility for maintaining the dam, and avoid unnecessary development or commercial operations. If the city breaks these rules, the land can be taken back by the federal government. The bill also requires the Forest Service to grant the city a permanent right to use a nearby water channel called Red Mountain Ditch for activities related to the reservoir.
