Protecting School Milk Choices Act of 2025

This bill changes rules about milk served in school lunch programs. Right now, schools can choose to offer flavored milk, plain milk, and lactose-free milk to students. Under this bill, schools would be required to provide both flavored and plain milk options. Schools could still choose whether or not to offer lactose-free milk.
