Critical Minerals Supply Chain Resiliency Act of 2026

This bill would allow certain actions by the Department of Defense related to securing important materials needed for energy infrastructure, like critical minerals, to go through a faster environmental review process. It does this by adding those actions to a list of projects that already qualify for a quicker review under an existing law called the FAST Act.
