Stamp Out Veterans Medical Debt Act

This bill would require the U.S. Postal Service to create and sell a special stamp called the Veterans Medical Debt Relief Stamp. Money from selling these stamps would go toward helping pay off medical debt that veterans owe for health care services provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs, including care received through the Veterans Community Care Program.
