Responsible Wildland Fire Recovery Act

This bill lets the Department of Agriculture skip the usual rule that requires local or state governments to put up some of their own money to match federal funds when recovering from fires. This applies specifically to fires that were caused by the Department of Agriculture's own management activities, like controlled burns, on National Forest land.
