Sgt. Walter F. Hartnett IV Green Star Veterans Service Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to create a special flag called the Green Star Service Flag. The flag is meant to honor and identify the family members of veterans who died by suicide on or after September 11, 2001. Family members who are the next of kin of these veterans would be allowed to display the flag.
