American Farmers First Act

This bill stops the U.S. Treasury from using a special emergency fund to provide financial support to Argentina, including through currency exchanges, buying Argentina's debt, or extending credit. This ban lasts until December 10, 2027, and any deals already made with Argentina using this fund must be ended or sold within seven days of the bill becoming law. The money recovered from ending those deals must be sent to the Department of Agriculture, which would then use it to make one-time payments to American crop producers who lost access to export markets during the 2025 growing season.
