Tribal Internet Expansion Act of 2025

This bill would make sure that internet and phone services in Indian country — including tribal reservations, dependent Indian communities, and tribal allotments — as well as areas with large Native American populations are available at prices similar to what people in cities pay. It does this by expanding an existing rule that already requires affordable service in rural and hard-to-reach areas to also cover these tribal lands and communities.
