Close the Medigap Act of 2025

This bill makes changes to Medigap policies, which are extra insurance plans that help cover costs not paid by Medicare. The bill expands when insurance companies must sell these policies to people without considering their health problems. It also removes certain limits on Medigap policies for people who are newly getting Medicare.
