Ending Forced Arbitration of Race Discrimination Act of 2025

This bill says that agreements people sign ahead of time requiring them to settle disputes through arbitration instead of going to court cannot be enforced when the dispute involves race discrimination, if the person claiming discrimination chooses not to use arbitration. It also prevents agreements that stop people from joining together with others to bring a race discrimination case as a group.
