Nor Rel Muk Wintu Nation Federal Recognition Act

This bill would give federal recognition to the Nor Rel Muk Wintu Nation, a Native American tribe. Once recognized, the tribe and its members would be eligible for the same services and benefits that other federally recognized tribes receive. The tribe would not need to have a reservation, and members can live anywhere and still receive benefits. The tribe's service area would be Trinity County, California, and the tribe must create and maintain a list of its members for the Department of the Interior.
