FARM Act

This bill adds the Secretary of Agriculture to a government committee that reviews foreign investments in the United States. The committee must now review any investment that could give foreign countries control over American agricultural businesses. The bill also requires the Department of Agriculture and the Government Accountability Office to write yearly reports about foreign influence in American farming and food production.
