To amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to increase funding for the conservation stewardship program, and for other purposes.

This bill increases funding for the Conservation Stewardship Program. This Department of Agriculture program gives money and technical help to farmers to maintain and improve existing conservation systems and to adopt additional conservation activities across their entire farming operation.
