Ensuring Accurate and Complete Abortion Data Reporting Act of 2025

This bill would require states to report abortion data to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention if they want to receive federal Medicaid money for family planning services. Currently, states can choose whether or not to report this information. The CDC would create standard questions for states to answer about things like the demographics of women having abortions and the methods used.
