Advancing Access to Telehealth Act

This bill changes Medicare rules for telehealth services by making permanent some flexible rules that started during COVID-19. The bill allows rural health clinics and federally qualified health centers to provide telehealth services from their locations. It also allows Medicare patients to receive all telehealth services from their homes, and lets audiologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists provide telehealth services through Medicare.
