Pregnancy Resource Center Defense Act

This bill increases criminal penalties for intentionally damaging or destroying property at places of religious worship or facilities that only provide alternatives to abortion. It also increases the required minimum prison time for using fire or explosives to damage or destroy buildings that are places of religious worship or facilities that only provide alternatives to abortion. The bill allows for additional ways people can sue for damages in civil court.
