Chiricahua National Park Act

This bill changes the Chiricahua National Monument in Arizona from a national monument to a national park. It requires the National Park Service to protect traditional cultural and religious sites within the park and to allow members of Indian tribes to access those sites for traditional cultural uses. If an Indian tribe requests it, the National Park Service can temporarily close small areas of the park to the general public so tribe members can carry out traditional cultural and religious activities.
