Strengthening our Servicemembers with Milk Act

This bill requires the Department of Defense to provide different types of milk, including unflavored and organic varieties, to service members at military dining facilities. The milk can be either liquid or powdered. The Department of Defense cannot buy this milk from companies that are owned or controlled by foreign adversaries.
