Territories Health Equity Act of 2025

This bill changes health care rules for U.S. territories like Puerto Rico. It removes limits on how much Medicaid funding territories can get starting in 2026. It also lets people who lived in Puerto Rico avoid late fees when signing up for Medicare if they enroll within five years of becoming eligible. The bill sets minimum standards for how Medicare Advantage payments are calculated in territories and allows territory residents who can't get health insurance through work or insurance exchanges to buy the same type of coverage that Congress members have.
