To amend title 38, United States Code, to establish qualifications for the appointment of a person as a marriage and family therapist, qualified to provide clinical supervision, in the Veterans Health Administration.

This bill sets rules for who can be hired as a marriage and family therapist at Veterans Health Administration hospitals if they want to supervise other therapists. To get this job, a person must have a master's degree and be licensed or certified. They also must either be allowed to supervise other therapists in their state or be approved as a supervisor by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
