MIRACLE Medical Technology Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to create a program for the United States and Israel to work together on developing healthcare products and services. The program must include activities like research, using new technology, protecting intellectual property, making regulations work together, preventing diseases, and manufacturing biological products. The bill also allows the Department of Health and Human Services to set up a joint U.S.-Israel Health Care Collaboration Center in the United States to use existing expertise to advance the program's goals.
