To establish new ZIP Codes for certain communities, and for other purposes.

This bill would require the U.S. Postal Service to give a unique ZIP code to 14 specific communities across different states. These communities currently do not have their own ZIP codes. The bill lists the exact communities, including places like Eastvale, California; Scotland, Connecticut; and several towns in Wisconsin, among others.
