ICE Security Reform Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Homeland Security to separate Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and make it its own agency within the department. HSI would keep doing the same work it does now, but as a separate entity. The bill also changes the name of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to U.S. Immigration Compliance Enforcement.
