Coercion and Sexual Abuse Free Environment Act

This bill makes it a federal crime to force a minor to do certain harmful acts, including animal cruelty, self-harm, obscene speech, sexually explicit conduct, or abusive behavior. People who commit this crime, try to commit it, or plan to commit it can be fined or sent to prison. If a minor who is at least 13 years old commits this crime and meets certain conditions like having a gun during the offense, they can be tried as an adult in federal court.
