Protecting Students on Campus Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Education and colleges that receive federal student aid to share information about how people can report discrimination based on race, color, or national origin. The Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights must run a yearly public awareness campaign about these rights, and colleges must post information on their websites and in busy campus locations explaining how to file a discrimination complaint. The bill also requires the Office for Civil Rights to give monthly updates to Congress on how many complaints have been filed and how they are being handled, and it requires colleges to report annually on discrimination complaints. Additionally, the Department of Education's inspector general must review and study these discrimination complaints.
