Veteran Suicide Prevention Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to look into the deaths of all veterans who died by suicide over the five years before the bill becomes law, as long as those veterans received VA hospital care or medical services in the five years before their death. The VA must then put together a report on what it found and make that report available to the public.
