Protecting the Dignity of Unborn Children Act of 2025

This bill creates a new federal crime for carelessly throwing away or leaving fetal remains in landfills or US waterways after an abortion. Fetal remains means any part of a deceased human fetus after an abortion, except cremated parts. People who break this law could be fined, sent to prison for up to three years, or both.
