Increasing Access to Quality Cardiac Rehabilitation Care Act of 2025

This bill would let more types of healthcare providers offer heart and lung rehabilitation programs under Medicare. Right now, these programs help people recover from heart problems or lung issues. The bill would allow physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and clinical nurse specialists to run these programs in their offices, create treatment plans, and prescribe exercises for patients.
