Full AI Stack Export Promotion Act

This bill requires the Department of Commerce and the Department of State to help sell and promote American artificial intelligence technology to friendly countries. This includes things like data centers, computing resources, cloud services, and the software that makes AI work. The Department of Commerce must set up a program to receive proposals from groups of companies for exporting this technology, work with foreign buyers to put security measures in place so countries like China cannot gain unauthorized access, and regularly measure how well the export effort is going. The Department of State must work to remove barriers to selling this technology abroad and create a plan for explaining to other countries why they should use American AI technology.
