No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025

This bill would make permanent rules about federal funding for abortions that are currently included in spending bills each year. The bill prohibits using any federal money to pay for abortions or health insurance that covers abortions, and extends this rule to Washington D.C.'s budget. It also bars federal facilities and employees from providing abortions. The restrictions would not apply in cases of rape, incest, or when the woman's life is in danger. The bill also prohibits health plans sold through government marketplaces from covering abortions.
