Hemp Planting Predictability Act

This bill delays new rules about hemp products by two years. In 2025, Congress passed a law that would change how hemp is defined and regulated starting November 12, 2026. This bill pushes that start date back to November 12, 2028. The 2025 changes would tighten the rules by measuring total THC instead of just one type of THC, and would exclude certain hemp-derived products from being considered legal hemp.
