DHS Biodetection Improvement Act

This bill requires the Department of Homeland Security to review how it has used Department of Energy national laboratories for research and development related to DHS missions. DHS must also create a strategy report for Congress explaining how it will work with these laboratories on biodetection research and development in the future.
