Deport Illegal Voters Act of 2025

This bill makes it easier to deport non-U.S. citizens who vote illegally by adding illegal voting to the list of serious crimes that automatically lead to deportation. Currently, non-citizens can be deported for voting illegally, but there is an exception if they reasonably believed they were citizens when they voted. The bill would classify illegal voting by non-citizens as an "aggravated felony," which carries stricter deportation rules.
