National Training Center for Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems Act

This bill requires the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice to create training standards for people who want to operate counter-drone systems. These agencies must work with the Federal Aviation Administration to set up training programs and certifications for individuals who will use equipment to detect and stop unauthorized drones. The Department of Justice can also provide training on how to find, track, disrupt, and take control of drones, and may set up special training centers for this purpose.
