TBI and PTSD Treatment Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy to veterans who have traumatic brain injury or post-traumatic stress disorder. The treatment would be provided through doctors and facilities that are part of the Veterans Community Care Program.
