Protecting Life in Health Savings Accounts Act

This bill would stop people from using certain tax-free medical savings accounts to pay for most abortions. The accounts affected include health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts. The bill would still allow these accounts to be used for abortions in cases of rape or incest, or when a doctor says the woman's life is in danger from the pregnancy.
