Expanding Head Start Eligibility Act of 2025

This bill changes who can enroll their children in Head Start programs. It allows children from families that receive certain government assistance programs to be eligible for Head Start. These programs include WIC, food programs on Indian reservations, federal housing help (Section 8), TANF, SSI, and SNAP food stamps. Children from families getting similar state food assistance programs would also be eligible.
