Abortion Is Not Health Care Act of 2025

This bill would stop people from counting money they spend on abortions as a medical expense on their taxes. Right now, people who list their expenses on tax forms can deduct medical and dental costs that are more than 7.5% of their yearly income, and this can include money spent on legal abortions. The bill would remove abortions from the list of medical expenses that can be deducted.
