To provide for a review of sanctions with respect to Hong Kong.

This bill requires the President to tell Congress whether certain Hong Kong officials should have sanctions placed on them under existing U.S. laws, including the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act. The President must provide a detailed explanation for this decision.
