Made in America Jobs Act of 2026

This bill changes the rules for certain government grants given out through the Economic Development Administration's public works program. It adds new reasons these grants can be awarded, including projects that help bring jobs back to the United States or help grow the manufacturing industry. The changes apply to several types of grants, including those for public works projects, planning costs, training and research, and help for areas going through tough economic times.
